Global Measurement Technologies, Inc. provides field proven on-line analyzers for application in industrial and municipal water/wastewater facilities. The IonChem/AnaChem’s state of the art technology makes on- line monitoring simple and beneficial. Previously, such applications were maintenance intensive and required excessive attention to remain in operation.
Filtration is eliminated, even in samples that contain high levels of suspended solids or bio-mass. Our proprietary fast-flow sampling and rinsing system allows for continuous flow of sample through 1” sample lines to eliminate plugging even under the most rigorous conditions. The entire analyzer system is rinsed to remain clean and provide higher availability.
The IonChem/AnaChem provides lab accuracy: on-line, even in demanding applications such as wastewater, drinking water, pulp and paper, chemical, metal finishing, and beverage industries. Considerable attention is given to key components for accurate, repeatable, and reliable measurements; precise reagent dispensing with digital burettes, reproducible sample volumes, and advanced operating soft- ware which optimizes all measurement parameters (errors for electrode drift are eliminated).
Product yields are increased when a quantitative process composition is known. Variations that can affect product and process quality are immediately apparent and can be quickly corrected before loss of product quality.
